PROJECT
The Córrego do Mato Project is an advanced mineral exploration project located in the municipality of Dianópolis, Tocantins, within a geologically favorable terrain for gold and rare earth element (REE) mineralization.
The project comprises four identified exploration targets, defined through geological mapping, structural analysis, and sampling. Gold mineralization shows average grades of approximately 3.20 g/t Au (fine gold), associated with structurally controlled zones.
In addition to gold, the project presents economically significant occurrences of rare earth elements, including Ce, La, Nd, Pr, Sm, Gd, Dy, Ho, Tm, Yb, and Y, enhancing the project’s strategic and critical minerals profile.
The geological framework indicates a multi-commodity system with strong upside potential, positioning Córrego do Mato as an attractive opportunity for investors seeking exposure to gold and critical minerals.

Gemma Geologia offers real opportunities in mineral exploration and area negotiation with the ANM (Brazilian Mining Agency), in addition to highly specialized technical services. We work with geophysics, geochemistry, mapping, and hydrogeology to generate detailed reports that help investors make sound decisions. Our expertise also covers environmental licensing and legal-technical support, ensuring that every project complies with legislation and market values. The map below shows the location of rare earth, gold, copper, and nickel anomalies along the NW shear zone extending 2.0 km, including the anomaly shown in gray (Au~287350/8682600).

The results of chemical analysis of Gold (Au) were: 0.1 ppm, 0.8 ppm, 10 ppm, 120 ppm, 70 ppm, 20 ppm, 19 ppm, 400 ppm; 0.392 ppm, 0.209 ppm, 0.157 ppb, 0.024 ppb, 0.028 ppb, 0.435 ppb, 12.918 ppm, 17.863 ppm, 10.250 ppm, 13.261 ppm, 14.978 ppm and 17.798 ppm.
Mylonitic to ultramylonite rocks with fine gold and quartz veins, amidst mafic and ultramafic intrusive rocks associated with hydrothermal activity. The average content of the results presented is 35.96 ppm/Au; not considering the high results with nugget effect, the average is: content -7.6 ppm/Au. Gold found in the research ranges from 100# to 270# fine gold and ultrafine gold <270#.

The research project to date has shown the potential for gold and rare earth elements to be viable in the anomalies confirmed so far, which we refer to as Target 1 and Target 2. We simulated the results in the previous chapter and found them to represent an interesting volume within the context of potential deposit generation.
